DER-P Digital Enamel Rater is used for density (integrity) testing of coatings in metal containers. It complies with national standards and international industry standards. Uses today's most advanced programmable logic controllers for improved accuracy and reliability. Add electrolyte [1% (m/V) sodium chloride solution] to the tank, the liquid level is 3~6mm away from the tank mouth, extend the electrode probe of the instrument into the tank, and apply a continuous voltage of 6.3V to the tank to measure its current value. If the coating film in the tank is incomplete (damaged), the conductivity value will be large, and the instrument can perform reverse current detection, and the test results will be displayed directly on the touch color screen of the instrument.
